You will receive:
- An organizational readiness assessment and personalized analysis to determine each organization’s level of preparedness.
- Work plan of all required documents that correspond with the accrediting body chosen by participating organization.
- 90-minute workshop to fully integrate all participants into the program.
- Weekly guidance, training and coaching.
- A detailed project management timeline.
- Select outlines, examples, and checklists.
