AG Gives Back
At Accreditation Guru, corporate social responsibility (CSR) lies at the heart of who we are as a professional, service-oriented organization. We are committed to volunteering our professional services (including nonprofit governance expertise and guidance), offering financial support, and volunteering for fundraising and other sustaining events, to a variety of local nonprofit associations as a way of giving back to our communities and, most especially, lending a hand to those in need. We also encourage all team members to give back and volunteer within their own communities.
Presently, our philanthropic activities include working with the following nonprofit organization:
Westchester Companies for Kids (WC4K), a nonprofit organization affiliated with the Westchester Children’s Association (WCA). Founded in 1914, WCA is the leading independent voice for the youth of Westchester County, New York. The organization promotes policies and initiatives that improve the lives of children by collecting data to develop a consensus among the public, policymakers, and child services providers to help deliver what children most need to succeed. WC4K is a coalition of companies working together to ensure that every child in our area can reach his or her full potential.
Nonprofit Westchester (NPW) provides the nonprofit sector in Westchester County, NY with a single unified voice for the role it plays in the economic vitality and sustainability of the county, focusing on sharing resources, connections, and information to strengthen Westchester in partnership with the for-profit and government sectors. The organization was launched in 2012 and represents nearly 200 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations in the county under a cooperative mission to strengthen the impact, capacity and visibility of the nonprofit sector for a more just and caring community.
