The answer is a resounding YES!
1. Make sure staff fully understands what accreditation is to help gain buy-in
2. Kick-off events - If you are excited about what lies ahead, they will be too! Some examples:
~Jeopardy game
~Weekly contests
3. Everybody loves SWAG, so try some giveaways like:
~Stress balls with a slogan on them like “I heart accreditation”….always gets a laugh!
~Accreditation t-shirts that staff can wear on Fridays
~Plastic head scratchers… “to find the answer”
4. Consider giving the accreditation team an afternoon off
5. Make sure to celebrate once you are accredited!
