Viviane Ngwa, PhD, MSW, LCSW, ACSW

Viviane Ngwa, PhD, MSW, is a seasoned human services executive with deep knowledge of organizational development and talent alignment to drive continuous quality improvement. Her knowledge and skills, synthesized from more than 25 years in key leadership roles across many states, encompass expertise in behavioral health business structure and service delivery, as well as services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including child welfare services.

As a licensed clinical social worker in Illinois and Nevada, Dr. Ngwa has applied her expertise in various clinical roles. She has shared the depth and breadth of her knowledge in both national and international settings as a subject matter expert, an organizational accreditation readiness consultant, a reviewer, and a board member for national organizations.

Viviane enjoys making a positive impact, and with a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, she is passionate about supporting social service organizations in implementing structural change management to help them achieve their strategic priorities.
