Norina L. Columbaro, PhD

Norina is an award-winning instructional designer, facilitator, researcher, talent development leader, and accreditation professional.   With deep expertise in accreditation, she serves as a commissioner and reviewer for the International Accreditors for Continuing Education and Training (IACET) and ANSI National Accreditation Board (ANAB), focusing on upholding standards in continuing education, training, and certificate programs. 

Over the past two decades, Norina has designed and delivered quality instructor-led and e-learning programs on a wide range of topics including accreditation, adult learning, technical writing, and train-the-trainer for clients worldwide. Her research on e-mentoring, alternative assessment methods, neurodiversity, and supported employment has been featured in ATD's TD Magazine and AAACE's Adult Learning. She has also been a guest on learning and development podcasts and has presented her research at conferences nationwide.  Norina’s current research focus is on the use AI in developing engaging, inclusive learning experiences with an emphasis on neurodiversity and universal design.
