Preparing for a 2021 Joint Commission initial or triennial survey? Accreditation Guruās consultants can assist you in compliance for applicable standards includingĀ changes to Joint Commission standards effective July 1, 2021 (https://www.jointcommission.org/standards/prepublication-standards/).Ā For behavioral health care and human services accreditation, new, revised and deleted changes are found in the Accreditation Participation Requirements (APR), Environment of Care (EC) and Life Safety (LC) chapters.
