Business Administrator / Part-Time (20 Hours)

The Business Administrator supports the many vital aspects of Accreditation Guru (AG), a growing business with a respected footprint in the US, Canada and Puerto Rico. This role is integral to the support of key operational initiatives and client relations. The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented and project management minded with a desire to aid in creating and implementing workflow processes and communications that have a direct impact on company growth and the client experience.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Social Media and Communications Support:

  • Constant Contact – enter contacts, manage mailing lists, reporting
  • Enter and update leads, opportunities and customer information in Salesforce
  • Newsletter production
  • Manage social media calendar and create posts related to newsletter, conferences, speaking gigs, monthly updates
  • Update AG website, including:
    • Post blog articles and videos
    • Manage Newsroom and Conferences pages
    • Update FFPSA page with new links

Client Relations:

  • Client support through full lifecycle of relationship
    • New client set-up, including creating Dropbox folders, work plans and calendars, welcome packets
    • Various communication with clients
    • Close out steps, including Dropbox maintenance, congratulations packets
  • Accreditation Readiness Survey management in SurveyMonkey
    • Monitor and download various surveys
    • Update Salesforce

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Schedule calls between CEO and potential clients
  • Data entry business cards and follow up post-conferences
  • Submit speaking proposals to conference and other speaking engagements on behalf of CEO
  • Manage conference calendar and assist with travel arrangements
  • Assist with agenda development and strategic flow of AG annual team retreat
  • Establish workflow projects and related due dates
  • Take meeting minutes and transcribe notes
  • Additional marketing and administrative duties

Software skills:

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Constant Contact
  • SurveyMonkey
  • Salesforce
  • WordPress (preferred)
  • QuickBooks (preferred)
